Better Access to Chiropractic Super PAC
BAC-PAC is a brand-new Super PAC dedicated to electing pro-chiropractic candidates to Congress. BAC PAC is part of an overall strategy to help state associations and the chiropractic profession increase its political capacity and influence the passage of federal pro-chiropractic legislation. Workgroup members attend monthly meetings, recommend strategies, and assist with action items.
GOALS
2022
- Develop a distribution plan for the Political Consultant.
- Establish hybrid/Super PAC for the profession, with fundraising strategy explicitly developed for Medicare Modernization. Complete March 2023
2023
- Hire a Political Consultant to develop a process for identifying which congressional races BAC-PAC can target, advise on strategy, message and tactics.
Complete July 2023
2024
- Identify key congressional races where BAC PAC can assist pro-chiropractic candidates in winning.
Complete October 2024 - Raise the resources needed to fund Bac Pac campaign-related efforts.

Executive Director of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association for the past 8 years.
Dr. Glenn Jaffe
Vice-Chair
Dr. Glenn Jaffe is a past president of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association (NCCA). He currently serves as NCCA Legislative Chair, NCCA-PAC Board member, and NCCA ChiroCongress Representative.
Dr. Gerald Stevens
Dr. Stevens is currently an associate professor at New York Chiropractic College. As a professor he performs research, teaches and is active on committees at NYCC.
Dr. Kimberly Palmer-Yee
Dr. Kimberly Palmer-Yee is the current Washington State Chiropractic Association President and has been in practice since 2001.
