Dr. Evan Gwilliam, Clinical Director for PayDC Chiropractic Software and founder of Gwilliam Consulting, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic as Valedictorian and is a Certified Professional Coder, Certified Professional Medical Auditor and Compliance Officer.
