Illinois Chiropractic Summary

In Illinois, chiropractic physicians enjoy a broad scope of practice. DCs are licensed under the Illinois Medical Practice Act along with all other physicians and have two seats on the Illinois Medical Board. Licensure is through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
