Charged with ensuring there are adequate resources available to fully execute the profession-wide strategic plan. Volunteers must attend monthly meetings and actively participate and assist with action items/tasks relate to the workgroup goals.

Chair
Dr. Vijay Patel is the past president and current board member of the Illinois Chiropractic Society and graduated from National University of Health Sciences.
Suzanne Corson
Vice-Chair
Executive Director of the Association of New Jersey Chiropractors (ANJC). Suzanne is a leader in non-profit management and fundraising with more than 20 years’ experience.
Barbara Contessa
Barbara is the former Executive Director to the New York Chiropractic Council and serves as the Treasurer for ChiroCongress Cares.
Dr. Brandy Spaulding
Dr. Spaulding is the Executive Director of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association.
Don Rasmussen
A seasoned tax planning strategist, working with chirorpractors around the United States. He has guided them to save over $15 million in 2021.
Elizabeth Klein
Lizz Klein is the Executive Director for the Congress of Chiropractic State Associations and serves as the Ex-Officio Executive Director to the ChiroCongress Cares Board of Directors.
Shelbi Lewark
Shelbi Lewark is the Development Director for the Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan, where she develops and executes fundraising strategies for the chiropractic profession, focusing on revenue growth and donor diversification. Her career also includes significant roles in political campaign management and strategy.
Kathy Weidner
Kathy Weidner is the founder and CEO of KMC University. With over 40 years of experience in the chiropractic profession, Kathy is a renowned national speaker specializing in billing, collections, and patient financial management. Her company offers a range of products and services based on the innovative systems she has developed throughout her career.
